About the Author

A dad of three eager young readers, Suyash (Sam) Paliwal sought to build a children’s book series to help kids learn to read.  Inspired by his own kids’ experience and their need for reading practice, particularly when at the kindergarten and 1st grade level, he wrote the Sena Cat series of books to help kids sound out words and grow as readers.  Suyash lives in Washington, DC with his family.
